Nondiscrimination and language assistance
Everyone gets the same care here, and nobody has to pay to be understood. If English is not your language, or if a disability makes communication harder, the help you need is free and it is your right.
Our commitment
Denali CRT, LLC complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate, exclude anyone or treat anyone differently on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability or sex, including pregnancy, sexual orientation and gender identity.
That applies to who we accept as a client, how services are provided, how staff and families are treated, and who we hire.
Help that costs you nothing
- If you have a disabilityQualified sign language interpreters, and written information in other formats such as large print, audio, accessible electronic formats and other formats you need.
- If your language is not EnglishQualified interpreters and information written in other languages. Our team already works in English and in Spanish every day, and for any other language we bring in an interpreter.
You never pay for any of this, and you never have to bring your own interpreter. Ask the front desk, or call us, and we arrange it before your appointment.
If you believe we discriminated against you
You can file a grievance with us. Ask for the Civil Rights Coordinator by phone at 305-602-0268, by email at info@denalibehaviorcrt.com, or in person or by mail at 10200 NW 25th St, Suite 204, Doral, FL 33172.
If you need help filing the grievance, the Civil Rights Coordinator will help you write it. Filing one never affects the care you receive.
You can also go straight to the federal government
File a civil rights complaint with the Office for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services: 200 Independence Avenue SW, Room 509F, HHH Building, Washington, DC 20201. By phone, 1-800-368-1019, or 1-800-537-7697 for TDD. Complaint forms are available on the department website.
