About BHCOE Accreditation. BHCOE Accreditation recognizes behavioral health organizations committed to continuous quality improvement. It is a third party measurement system that provides independent feedback on clinical quality indicators, using standards developed by subject matter experts to measure effective applied behavior analysis services.
