Two roles, open in Miami

Full time or part time

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As an RBT you are an essential part of our ABA team. You work directly with clients to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data and support individuals in reaching their goals. We provide training, supervision and clear paths for professional growth.

Qualifications

  • RBT certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for helping individuals with developmental disorders
  • Ability to work closely with families and team members

RBT pay rates

  • $25per hour, less than 6 months of experience
  • $27.50per hour, 6 to 24 months of experience
  • $30per hour, 24 months of experience or more

Clinical leadership

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a BCBA you lead and oversee ABA services. You conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans and supervise RBTs, shaping the direction of therapy so clients achieve meaningful, lasting change.

  • Experience in ABA therapy and supervisory roles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Dedication to compassionate care guided by research
