Behind each session there is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst designing and adjusting the plan, and you are trained too, so the progress keeps going when the therapist is not around.

Intake
You tell us about your child and share your insurance information. It takes a few minutes, and it is the only form you fill out.

Request to insurance
We contact your insurance, confirm your coverage and submit every document needed for authorization. This part is all on us.

Initial assessment
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst meets your child and evaluates strengths, needs and goals. This evaluation becomes the personalized treatment plan.

Meet your RBT and Analyst
You meet the technician who will work with your child and the analyst who supervises the program. The right fit matters, so this conversation happens before anything starts.
